The PNC has 4 divisions:s
(1) Human Services which provides Free Client Assessment and referral to appropriate services; Free Emergency food pantry; Free clothing for all ages; "Keeping Babies Warm and Well" program which distributes free diapers, and baby clothing and rocking chairs to PNC clients
(2) Free Transportation for Seniors and the Disabled (completed enrollment form and family interview required)
(3) Free Children & Youth activities (i.e. 10 month Free pre-school program on-site
(4) Free Neighborhood Services (AA, NA, Emotions Anonymous, Women's Center of S.E. CT. support group, Adult Probation on-site, Red Cross training, and Boys and Girl Scout meetings throughout the year)
