LEGAL NOTICE
Appeals to the Board of Assessment Appeals on the Grand List of October
1, 2009 for all property in the Town of North Stonington must be filed
in writing no later than February 22, 2010. They can be filed at the
Assessor's Office in the Town Hall or mailed to:

The last day for filing a grievance is the 22nd day of FEBRUARY 2010,
by 4 PM
The written request for appeal MUST include but is not limited to,
property owner's name, name and position of agent if used, description
of the property which is subject to the appeal, name and mailing address
of the party to be sent correspondence, reason for the appeal,
appellants estimate of value, signature of property owner or duly
authorized agent and date of signature. The Board will notify the
appellant no later than March first and at least seven days prior to the
schedule of hearing.
