2/5/2021- Notice to all taxpayers who qualified for the Connecticut Elderly Homeowners Program and the additional veteran’s program in past years.

The governor has issued a suspension of the reapplication filing requirement for the additional veteran’s program and the elderly and/or disabled homeowner’s program.
Anyone not on the homeowner or veteran program who has attained the age of 65 years old before January 1, 2021 and who may qualify for the programs should contact the assessor’s office before May 1, 2021. Qualification is age and income of less than $37,600 for a single person or $45,800 for a married couple.
