September 22, 2022- New Tax Relief Committee Being Formed

The Board of Selectmen recently voted to form a Tax Relief Committee.  We are now looking for applicants.  If you are interested, please stop by the Town Hall or go on to the Town Clerk’s page on our website for an application for Boards and Commissions.  This committee will consist of no fewer than 5 members and only have a 60-day window to report their findings to the Board of Finance.   The concentration will be on citizens that are 65 and older as well as those with disabilities.  Other tax relief plans can be looked at however.   The Town’s Tax Assessor will be available for information and to ask questions.
