Update from Resident State Troopers-
Regarding the unmarked van in Anna Farm West area it was investigated and turned out to be a subcontracted delivery service. The troopers have been in contact with the company and advised them that their vehicles should be marked and proper identification available. This is no longer an issue but if you ever feel there is a reason for concern the troop is always available. 860-848-6500
