INCOME AND EXPENSE FORMS
Connecticut General Statutes 12-63c authorizes municipalities to require owners of rent-producing property to submit the 2016 calendar year rental and rental-related income and operating expense information to the assessor.
These forms must be returned no later than June 1, 2017. Failure to file this form by June 1, 2017
or file an incomplete form, shall be subject to a penalty assessment equal to a 10% increase in the assessed value of such property on the 2017 Grand List.
A written request for an extension must be requested by May 1, may be granted for good cause.
