The North Stonington Selectman’s Office on behalf of the North Stonington Planning and Zoning Commission is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) # LL2018 for Site Restoration and Final Grading at 74 Swantown Hill Road in North Stonington, CT 06359.


Sealed Proposals: Contractor will deliver four copies (4), the original and three (3) copies, to the following address:

Selectman’s Office
Town Hall
40 Main Street
North Stonington CT 06359
By 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 12, 2018
Proposals received after the above cited time will be considered a late bid and are not acceptable unless waived by the First Selectman. Bid envelopes and shipping packages should be clearly marked “SEALED RFP #LL2018”

A mandatory pre-bid site meeting will be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, October 4, 2018 at the property located at 74 Swantown Hill Road, North Stonington.
