Special Town Meeting (Hybrid Format- In Person Voting only)

Warning is hereby given to the electors and those entitled to vote at town meetings of the Town of North Stonington that a Special Town Meeting shall be held at the following location on the date and time indicated for the purposes of transacting the business set forth below:

Location:           North Stonington Education Center Media Center, 298 Norwich Westerly Road
Date:                 October 24, 2022
Time:                6:30 PM

Only those attending the meeting in person will be able to vote.  The meeting will be available for comment and viewing through Zoom at the link below, but those attending virtually will not be able to vote.

1. Shall the Town approve the amended Five (5) Year Local Capital Improvement Plan as presented for fiscal years 2023-2027?
2. Shall the Town deobligate the Capital Project Fund Boombridge (bridge repair) in the amount of $55,973.49 and the Capital Project Fund Financial Software in the amount of $39,952.08?
3. Shall the Town approve an additional appropriation in the amount of $395,603 for use of reimbursable state STEAP grant funds for road work and paving as recommended by the Board of Finance?
