4. Approve minutes from regular meetings of July 27th, 2023, October 26th, 2023 (by consensus), and November 16th, 2023. August & September 2023 regular meetings were canceled and no meeting in December 2023 due to holiday so no minutes to approve.
5. Old Business:
 Discuss WPCA’s potential role and coordination in assisting the Board of Selectmen with the planning and development of new public/community water systems in Town. Share language in the Water Agreement between Town and Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation regarding water line extension to Lake of Isles.
 Status update on the Foxtrails, Inc. development considering latest proposal to utilize an onsite septic system that is permitted by CT DEEP. Purchase additional land on Wintechog Hill Road adjacent to its land in the RCZ to site community system and wells
 Share comments from Jared Baumgartner of MPTN regarding extension of utilities.
 Status on the WPCA Plan update including maps.
6. New Business:
 Act (vote) on approval of the final draft of WPCA Plan update.
 Elect new officers for the WPCA and take a vote
