- Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center (PNC)
PNC provides door-to-door transportation in its 12 passenger, handicap-accessible bus for persons over age 54, who reside in Stonington, Mystic, Pawcatuck, and North Stonington.

- Eastern Connecticut Transportation Consortium (ECTC) Medical Transportation
This service helps individuals get to and from medical appointments, including doctor visits, specialist appointments, outpatient procedures, and other healthcare-related services.
Advance reservations are required, and eligibility guidelines may apply. If you or someone you know needs assistance getting to a medical appointment, contact North Stonington Human Services for information on available transportation options and help scheduling a ride.
- Caregivers and family members may also be eligible for mileage reimbursement when providing transportation for qualified participants to medical appointments through ECTC.
- Rides for Jobs (ECTC Employment Transportation)
ECTC provides transportation assistance for eligible low-income individuals to support employment-related activities, including getting to work, job searches, interviews, job training, and job readiness programs. The program is designed to help reduce transportation barriers and connect individuals with opportunities for employment and self-sufficiency.
Eligibility is based on income guidelines and requires referral through an employment and training system caseworker. All services are subject to available funding.
